The deadline for hospitality is March 1. Because space is limited, we will try to find accommodations only for registered dancers who provide an email address.

Need Hospitality?

Send an email to SFSHospitality with the following information: YOUR NAME, how many people you need accommodations for, whether any of them are children, which people can share rooms, when and how you will be arriving and departing, any other needs or requirements such as whether you have particular allergies or want to smoke, and TELEPHONE NUMBERS. We’re assuming that hosts will not be providing meals, although they may do so if they and you wish.

Hospitality requests will be filled on a first come, first served basis, so please get your request in early. Deadline for requests is March 1.

Have Hospitality to Offer?

Send an email to SFSHospitality with the following information: YOUR NAME, how many people you can accommodate and how, e.g., “one double bed in a bedroom and two cots in the living room” and whether you can host children. Let us know what kinds of pets you have and whether you would host smokers as well. We’re assuming that people will need accommodations for both Friday and Saturday nights, so tell us if you can only host people for one of the two. If you’re willing to provide local transportation to and from events, that’s also useful to mention. Last but not least, send us a TELEPHONE NUMBER for last minute contact.
